CCPE training details 2015-2019: This involved 900 contact hours, including one six-day intensive, one residential weekend, 24 weekend seminars and 120 evening meetings spread over four years. The evening meetings include a period for lectures and group supervision. In addition, students undertake a minimum of 160 hours of individual therapy, at least 550 hours of supervised psychotherapy practice and 100 hours at an approved clinical placement, from which they submit case histories for assessment.

 2017 -2019 I saw private clients at CCPE and at The Grove practice in Wimpole Street., London, W1

 

I attended a clinical placement for 5 weeks at The Cassel Hospital Richmond, Surrey. The Cassel is the only NHS facility providing a live-in therapeutic community for severe and complex personality disorders.
